Scotland’s hugely anticipated garden festival – Gardening Scotland – will once again open its doors to the public at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh, from 2nd-4th June 2017.

Welcoming more than 35,000 people, the three-day event is a celebration of all things related to the great outdoors, attracting novice and expert gardeners, foodies, nature lovers and families looking for a fun and action-packed day out. is the proud sponsor of the ‘I Dig It’ Award, which is designed to represent the people’s choice of the Show Gardens at the event.

Every year, gardeners of all ages flock to Gardening Scotland to meet some of the UK’s top specialist nurseries and growers and to visit the country’s largest plant village, not to mention vote in the ‘I Dig It’ award.

One of the most popular features at the Show is undoubtedly the Show Gardens. Garden designers have the opportunity to showcase their talents, combining the latest trends in planting with new and innovative materials, to provide inspiration to visitors of the show.

The ‘I Dig It’ Award will be judged by the general public – by voting for their favourite Show Garden, visitors to Gardening Scotland will have their say on who will be crowned champion as the People’s Choice. The winner will receive a trophy and £500 prize money. All awards will be presented at 16.00 Friday 2nd June, voting closes at 15.00.
